Through the undergraduate Transformational Leadership Program, not only does the College of Athens provide you with the practical skills necessary to transition seamlessly into the workforce upon your graduation, but we also make sure you will have a strong biblical worldview so that you make the transition responsibly.

A degree in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Business provides you with a foundation in the basic skills used in any business. In addition, you will learn to think critically and understand sound business decision-making processes. You will have a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on entrepreneurship training mentored by real Christian business leaders through your apprenticeship experiences.

Associate of Science in Transformational Leadership

Students who earn an Associate of Science in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Business will help you:
-develop a strong understanding of their identity in Christ and of God’s Word before they pursue a career in any field; and
-complete general education undergraduate courses (science, English, mathematics, humanities) in a safe environment that honors and fortifies their Christian worldview;
-build a foundation for smart leadership and business principles

Graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Transformational Leadership and a concentration in Business will have developed an exceptional capacity to lead others according to biblical principles in churches, in the marketplace, and internationally. They will understand and apply a foundation for smart leadership and business principles related to entrepreneurship and Christian business-as-mission.
