At CoA, we seek to be a biblically grounded, Holy Spirit-empowered, accredited Christian college that prepares men and women who will teach, reach, lead, and minister to others out of their identity in Christ through relational, hands-on training for life and leadership in the church, in the marketplace, and across the globe.
Through partnership with CoA, you can offer free undergraduate tuition and discounted graduate education to your employees.
How does the partnership work?
Your company contributes $500 per month for every 25 employees who participate in the program.
Prospective students must apply for both admission and Pell Grant eligibility.
Students are responsible for the cost of textbooks and fees only.
You set policy for the terms of your employees’ higher education benefit.

Based on your Impact Partnership level, CoA also provides discounts to partnering businesses for offering workshops at your site, and for its non-degree programs.

With concentrations in either Business or Transformational Leadership, a degree in Transformational Leadership equips students to demonstrate:
DISC Profile Training: Optimized Interpersonal Interaction
Through this interactive workshop, participants will understand their own personality profiles and how to optimally interact with others based on their profiles.
Strengths-Finder Training: Optimized Personal and Team Development
Based on the Gallup Strengths Finder assessment, participants will discover their ways of thinking and interacting contrasted with those of their peers. Optimal team performance will be a focus.
Execution: Translating Plans for the Future into Reality
This learning experience explores six disciplines with a biblical perspective that will help lead your organization to faithfully apply executive best management practices.
Conflict: Productive or Destructive?
Learn principles and practical strategies for avoiding and resolving personal and workplace conflict.
The Work-Exchange: Life-Changing Strategies for Empowering Your Work
Want more purpose, power, and peace at work? In The Work Exchange, we learn how to practically turn everything around, and exchange lies about our work for God’s truth!
God-Honoring Goals: Goal-Setting for Focus, Balance, & Energy
Participants will delve into the keys to successful goal setting and apply them as they develop a set of holistic life and leadership goals for the coming year.
This 18-month program will prepare and restore participants to teach, reach, lead, and minister to others out of their identity in Christ through relational, hands-on training for life and leadership in all walks of life. The Christian Leadership Institute (CLI) consists of five modules designed to help participants understand their identity in Christ, engage in personal spiritual formation, learn to fight on behalf of others’ freedom, speak to those who need Jesus, and operate as highly effective Kingdom leaders in their personal spheres of influence.

This 18-month Christian coaching certification helps participants develop the discipleship skills needed to restore and build up other people to live from a place of wholeness in Christ, empowered for their personal journey through all aspects of who God created them to be as part of His larger story.
