Effective leadership matters. Strong, Christian leaders cause the organizations they lead to thrive by instilling both values and vision and by increasing the capacity of those they lead to develop into their fullest and best selves. At CoA, we’re passionate about developing leaders who make a difference in the church, in the business world, and across the globe.
As desired, students seeking a degree in Transformational Leadership have a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on entrepreneurship training mentored by real business leaders locally or through a study-abroad experience.
An Associate of Science in Transformational Leadership is the perfect way for any high school graduate to begin their college career. These students will develop a solid Christian worldview so that they can stand strong in who they are as they progress through life and career. Associate’s Degree students will earn general education credits such as mathematics, science, and humanities as required by most Bachelor’s Degree programs. They will also develop a foundation for leadership that will prepare them for future success in a workplace community.
