Through the undergraduate Transformational Leadership Program, not only does the College of Athens provide you with the practical skills necessary to transition seamlessly into the workforce upon your graduation, but we also make sure you will have a strong biblical worldview so that you make the transition responsibly.
A degree in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Business provides you with a foundation in the basic skills used in any business. In addition, you will learn to think critically and understand sound business decision-making processes. You will have a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on entrepreneurship training mentored by real Christian business leaders through your apprenticeship experiences.

Students who earn an Associate of Science in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Business will help you:
