Objective Six: To have a strong physical presence at the high schools, middle schools and other places that students congregate (i.e. the ball park).

CCF@UGA is looking for a passionate, talented, worship leader to join our established co-ed ministry team. The Worship Minister’s primary responsibility is to work with the CCF staff team to lead exciting, current, quality worship at our weekly meetings (Dinner and a Message), retreats, and special worship events as needed to lead students to a closer relationship with God. The Worship Minister will include, lead and develop students in worship roles as well as lead a Worship Leadership Group of students who want to grow in their understanding and skills in leading worship. They will meet individually with these students for discipleship and mentoring, and work closely with staff to further the needs and vision of the ministry.
Other responsibilities will vary according to full or part-time status, the giftings and desires of the hired individual, and the needs of the ministry. These could include helping create slideshows and videos, leading Bible Studies, Outreach, and meeting with and mentoring students to help them grow spiritually, in community, and as people among others. CCF’s biggest need right now is a male staff member to balance our current male/female staff ratio. However, we are open to all applicants.
Applicant must be willing to work on a team, which includes a female Senior Campus Minister, towards fulfilling the vision and mission of CCF. Applicant must be open to working in a secular college environment, showing the love of Christ to a wide-variety of students exhibiting different faith-levels (or lack of faith) and sexual orientations. We spread our nets wide to share the good news of Christ with as many as possible.
This position, as all Campus Ministry positions, requires a flexible schedule – understanding that working with college students necessitates working nights and some weekends. Commitment to all components of the ministry, including general fundraising and some individual fundraising, are required.
This position is salaried with the option of additional fundraising and possible on-campus housing.
Interested candidates should contact Senior Campus Minister Angela Denton-Rachel at adentonrachel@ugaccf.com and send a resume, a short paragraph describing your philosophy of ministry, and whether you are interested in a part-time or full-time position. If there is the potential for a good fit, we will set up an initial interview and the formal application process will begin! We are excited and praying for God to add the right individual to our team! The official start date is ideally August 2026, with the possibility of moving that date to June 2026 if necessary. www.ugaccf.com Insta: uga_ccf
