Biography

Amanda is committed to sharing the joy of music through teaching, as a vocalist, pianist, organist, exceptional accompanist, theory and history instructor, director, and conductor. Amanda offers broad-based qualifications and experience. This includes 45+ years of successful implementation of teaching, equipping, and performing music in a wide variety of settings and genres. Her life-long relationship with music has enabled her to become a uniquely gifted teacher. 

 Amanda completed her A.A. in piano, voice and music education from Emmanuel College, her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and Masters in Music Education from the University of Georgia.  She has trained in the Suzuki method for the past 13 years and taught at North Atlanta Talent Education in Roswell, Georgia since 2001.   

 Amanda’s gifts have taken her into almost every venue one can imagine.  She has toured with Mac Frampton’s Hollywood Hills Orchestra, served as music director and worship leader for children, youth and adult choirs in many churches for the past 42 years, trained and accompanied the musical drama department at the middle and high school level, and performed for many private events. She is currently serving Cross of Life Lutheran Church, Roswell Georgia, as pianist, organist, Chancel, Bell and Contemporary Choir director.
