Bringing over 30 years’ experience in evangelical settings, I enjoy crafting worship experiences that blend and flow to give the congregation a closer experience with God. I have demonstrated the ability to get the best out of people’s gifts as they are challenged to willingly see the bigger picture. I have a broad range of experience with choral and instrumental groups while integrating many artistic endeavors to glorify God. I have a proven track record as a seasoned administrator in directing large, seasonal outreach programs, while balancing personal traits of being a deep thinker and a deep feeler. Shepherding, mentoring, and coaching are a natural part of my pastoral model. I enjoy teaching on worship from a both a biblical and historical perspective and am seeking to leverage my experience in an academic setting.
