November 29th. Praise & Thanksgiving. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV) “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Our Father in Heaven, may we remember to revere You and Your Word in all things. Give us in the body of
Christ and at the College of Athens a revelation of the power of praise and thanksgiving. Forgive us when we complain and forget to rejoice always no matter our circumstances. Remind us by your Holy Spirit that is God’s will for us to give thanks. May we do this daily and not just on one special day of the year. We give you praise for the growth we have experienced so far at CoA, and we thank you in advance for adding to our numbers in the student body, faculty, and staff. We praise you for what you are doing in and through CoA to advance your kingdom by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ (Yeshua’s) name, Amen.
