The objective of CoA’s Transformational Prayer Ministry Center is to help restore people to wholeness and abundant life in Christ by connecting them to the heart of God and to one another so that they may live out the fullness of their identity and purpose with power, peace and joy.
CoA Transformational Prayer Ministry is intentional, focused prayer leading to an authentic encounter with God and His truth, resulting in transformation of the mind, will, and emotions. Through Prayer Ministry, prayer recipients can overcome struggles with anger, unforgiveness, fear, stress, anxiety, shame, trauma, sexual sins, and depression as well as other undesired behaviors and thought patterns. Prayer ministry can help free recipients from any hindrances to their relationship with God and others, and to becoming all that He created us to be. Transformational Prayer Ministry can help us redeem any experience in which we lack peace.
Here at CoA, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Our virtual session will be conducted via Zoom. Our in-person session will be conducted in a safe, confidential, and welcoming environment.
The prayer recipient is served by a team of two trained and seasoned prayer ministers In the ministry session, the team’s role is to assist the recipient to connect with the heart of God for healing of her/his unmet needs, unhealed wounds, and unresolved issues. This is accomplished by the discovery of one’s root or core beliefs and replacing them with God’s truth. The focus of Prayer Ministry is inner transformation of the heart, mind, will and emotions as well as freedom from physical affliction. This transformation is a lifelong journey towards wholeness, freedom, peace and joy in Christ.
Transformational Prayer Ministry is not a form of mental health care or clinical counseling. The Prayer Ministers’ role is to listen, love, and pray. Review the list of possible indicators and be encouraged that Prayer Ministry offers you the hope of being set free from those circumstances that keep you from God’s best.
